Hiring and retaining neurodiverse talent is beginning to become a key consideration in today’s workforce, yet it is still often overlooked in diversity, equity and inclusion programs and practices. This session with speaker Wanda Deschamps will focus on what neurodiversity is, why it is important to understand, suggestions for how to hire and retain neurodiverse talent, how to build neurodiversity into an IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) strategy and the value of neurodiversity in the workplace, including through inclusive leadership.

Organizations that have strong understandings of neurodiversity are gaining competitive advantages in a tight labour market. This session will impart knowledge related to how hiring and retaining neurodiverse talent can lead to inclusion, diversity and accessibility practices that increase productivity and morale and benefit everyone in the workplace.

The recording for this event is NOT being shared post-event therefore you will need to attend this virtual event live at the date and time indicated above.
